Besan Club Terms and Conditions

1. General Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Besan Club ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing the Besan Club website at besanclub.com, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on any game available on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use Besan Club. It is your responsibility to check these Terms regularly. We will notify players of significant changes through the platform, but it remains your responsibility to stay informed of the current version.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

When you register for a Besan Club account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials — your username and password. Do not share these with any other person. Besan Club will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact our support team immediately.

Each player may maintain only one account on the platform. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password recovery option on the login page. Duplicate accounts will be identified and the newer account may be closed, with any associated bonus balances forfeited.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you share your device with others, ensure your account is logged out when not in use.

4. Deposits and Payments

All transactions on Besan Club are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits are accepted via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast interbank transfer, standard bank account transfer, and debit or credit cards.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing belong to you and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. Besan Club does not accept deposits from third-party sources — the name on your payment method must match the name on your Besan Club account.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. These limits are displayed at the deposit stage within your account. Besan Club reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your Besan Club balance within a few minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers and card deposits may take longer depending on your financial institution. If a deposit does not appear in your balance within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

• Do not deposit money that you cannot afford to lose.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Keep transaction references from your payment app in case you need to raise a query.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time from your Besan Club account. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in PKR. This policy exists to prevent misuse of the platform and to ensure payment security.

Before a withdrawal is processed, Besan Club may require identity verification. This is a standard procedure and is not a reflection on any individual player. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued ID and proof of your payment method. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawals held pending until verification is complete.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account at the withdrawal stage. Processing times vary by payment method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers. Besan Club aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times can be affected by the receiving payment provider's own timelines.

Any active bonus balance or funds subject to an ongoing wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting a wagering condition will result in the bonus balance being removed prior to processing the withdrawal of the real-money portion.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Besan Club offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include deposit match bonuses, free spins, bingo bonus tickets, cashback offers and seasonal promotions tied to the Pakistan cricket calendar — including PSL season, T20 internationals and ICC tournaments.

Each bonus and promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates. These terms are stated on the Promotions page and at the point of claiming. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before claiming any offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, device or IP address.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the time window stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Where a maximum bet limit applies during bonus wagering, bets placed above that limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Besan Club reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already claimed by players.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the platform.

Besan Club monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, or systematically exploiting promotion mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, bonuses may be voided and accounts may be restricted or closed.

7. Gameplay Rules

The games available on Besan Club — including slots, live casino tables, classic casino games and bingo rooms — are governed by the rules of each individual game as presented within the game interface. Besan Club presents games from third-party content providers; the rules and mechanics of each game are determined by the provider and are fixed.

Game outcomes at Besan Club are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for digital games, and by live dealer mechanics for live casino games. Besan Club does not manipulate game outcomes. Past results in any game are not indicative of future outcomes — this is a core property of RNG-based and live casino gaming.

In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, the round outcome may be determined by the game server's last recorded state. If a game round cannot be completed due to a system error, the stake for that round will be returned to your balance. Besan Club support can investigate specific disputed rounds upon request, but decisions by the game provider's server are generally final.

Besan Club reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of system manipulation, software exploitation, or any form of cheating. Players found to be using automated betting software, bots, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage will have their accounts closed and all associated funds reviewed.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Besan Club and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during verification.
• Using another person's payment method or identity to register or transact on the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software, exploits, collusion or any other means.
• Using automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the platform or its games.
• Abusing bonus offers through systematic hedging, multi-accounting or other exploitation methods.
• Depositing funds that are the proceeds of unlawful activity (money laundering).
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or Besan Club staff through any platform communication channel.
• Attempting to access areas of the platform to which you are not authorised.

9. Privacy and Data

Besan Club collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

We collect only the information necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Payment data is handled exclusively by our payment gateway providers and is not stored on the Besan Club platform.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Account Termination

You may close your Besan Club account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, ensure that you have withdrawn any available real-money balance. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure at your request.

Besan Club reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has breached these Terms and Conditions.
• An account cannot be successfully verified.
• Suspicious activity or potential fraud is identified on the account.
• A player has requested self-exclusion.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require us to do so.

In cases where an account is closed by Besan Club due to a breach of Terms, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established, real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Bonus balances are not returned in any account closure scenario.

12. Limitation of Liability

Besan Club provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to keep the platform accessible and functional at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service interruptions and circumstances outside our control may affect platform availability from time to time.

Besan Club is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, from temporary unavailability of the platform, or from any technical fault during a game round that is resolved in accordance with the game provider's server records.

Besan Club is not responsible for any losses that arise from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. If you share your login details with any other person, you accept full responsibility for all activity carried out on the account using those credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits Besan Club's liability in cases of fraud, gross negligence, or any matter where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

Besan Club may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make significant changes, we will post a notice on the platform and update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. In some cases, we may send a notification to the email address associated with your account.

Continued use of Besan Club after an updated version of these Terms has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
